This is incredibly … This is incredibly easy to do, dont be fooled, AV are worthless anyway, the only decent one with good heuristics/sig detection ive seen is NOD32, combine that with a decent firewall/IDS and you wont have to worry about shit like this.
Considering that this isnt some sort of polymorphic file crypter, rofl, and i seriously doubt that.
