if your worrie, or your computer is running slow, i suggest getting rid of avast :). AVG is better (but it can be over senstivie).

OK Virst of All AVG Sucks. The Best one are Kaspersky Lab and NOD32. NOD32 is better because it uses very little CPU Usage.
