    well theres a simple way of doing it, create a switchboard, go to the windows office logo in the top left hand corner where u would usually click to save/open documents, then look at the bottom and click on the Access Options tab. Then go to Current Database from the left and under Display from: Choose “Switchboard” instead of Startup :D good to go.peace
