How to Create an Animated Bottom/Lower Third

A bottom/lower third is a graphic used to display information on the bottom third of the screen. Watch any news or sports program and you will see one.

Programs used:
Adobe Photoshop CS2
Adobe Premiere Pro 2.0

It can be done in other programs — those are the ones I have and use.
