if you use Ultimatte Advantedge plugin you dont have to do even lighitng, it is 100% better than the built-in keying effects…..P.S. – UGGH, brit accents.

Handy Tip: You are standing way too close to your green screen (or whatever colour you’re using). Your head casts a shadow which is clearly visible in the top left.

I have used a Sony Handycam Vision camcorder, 80x digital zoom, It is really old like 10 years and I’m not joking! I think your results would be 100 times as better with the quality and keying.

I agree with PremiereDoctor, you are standing too close from the the blue screen and also, from the camera.. perhaps you should try to stand a little bit farther from both..
