PC SECURITY: COMODO FIREWALL

I made this video for people who dont know much about computer security.

1. go to http://www.personalfirewall.comodo.com/download_firewall.html and download the firewall
2. Do what it says to download
3. set the level on the first screen to custom
4. go to the security tab on the top of the comodo firewall window. then add/remove zone click on your network.
5. stay on that tab and click on define a trusted application for all the applications that you trust and allow to run, the banned application is for files that you dont trust or is causing problems.

GO TO: freecompsecurity.spruz.net ITS STILL UNDER CONSTRUCTION BUT HOPEFULLY YOU WILL POST THINGS AND SO WILL I.

    why do you need …
    why do you need sound when the firewall makes no sound? unless you want the person to talk, then it would require a mic as well as the recording program

    you must say allow …
    you must say allow if it prompts you allow or deny a program and/or add it to your allowed programs.

    I got rid of Zone …
    I got rid of Zone Alarm and is using Comodo. I ran Comodo through every firewall test on the net and it passed all of them.

    that firewall is tha bomb,I have the upgraded 3.0 version,not only does it protect your internet it protects the inside of your computer too.

    p.s.for xp users,you must have xp sevice pack 2 before installing comodo firewall 3.0

    A great combination of protection and there is no conflicting program problems either, they all work great side by side.
