USB Port Failure!

http://live.pirillo.com/ - Oh no, two of John’s Toshiba Satellite notebooks USB ports are apparently failing. What should he do?

Chris gives John several diagnostic steps he can follow, including uninstalling/reinstalling drivers and testing the USB hardware on ports that he knows are good and not potentially failing.

Do you have any suggestions for John?
