Of course it does. It’s the basics of C#. The guy starts with the elementary stuff, and then moves to xna. Unless it’s somehow possible to use xna without knowing anything about C#.

Well I figured the title of the video would be ‘C# Basics’ rather than XNA… (since the video doesn’t actually use ANY of the XNA Framework.) I would agree with the person above renaming the video to - ‘Basic Debugging Tutorial’ or something. Someone who has no programming experience shouldn’t be jumping straight into XNA.
