In an effort to isolate the behavior, I finally figured out that it does this every 4 minutes and 10 seconds.

If you are like most people, your most important financial documents are probably scattered all over your house. If there were a sudden emergency, such as a fire, it would be very difficult to gather them all quickly as you run for safety. The Insurance Information Institute (I.I.I.) has developed free downloadable software called My Financial House to help consumers organize and keep track of this vital information. Dr. Steven Weisbart, Vice President and Senior Economist at the I.I.I. says the software is easy to use, and will help consumers have a better understanding of their financial situation as well as achieve their financial goals.
