I did this After Effects Tutorial for beginners. It teaches easy stuff like compostions, layers, tools, and even motion tracking.

no, you might have …
no, you might have a problem with your codec.
Try playng it with a media player, if that works, then re-produce it as an avi from an editor (premiere, wmm)
