I learned using …
I learned using Frontpage 98 but I wouldn’t recommend anything like that. Some people like Dreamweaver but it’s retarded too. All you really need is a text editor like Notepad. I use SuperEdi (which is free). Visit my site, right click and view the source code, visit the style.css address and save that as well (and modify the path to href = “style.css”) and you can start toying with it immediately.
