Thanks a lot man!!! Pretty cool video! Just one question. Why in the second case you chose the colour to be white? If it was for example blue would there be any problem? Thanx in advance.
“Group as Mask” …
“Group as Mask” creates a Grayscale mask so it does matter. White will fully reveal, black completely hides and shades in between will be partially revealed.
You can use blue but your masked area will be transparent.
You can always change the type of mask
1. Use a blue color fill
2. Group as Mask
3. click the Mask Thumbnail in the Layers panel
4. In the Property inspector, change mask type from Grayscale to Path Outline
