    I have the same problem, it has to do with your router or network or mabe even vista itself. try resetting your router and encrypt it with security. If this doesn’t help try googling it and you will find your answer :-)

    thank you so much!! this worked like a charm - you really saved me a lot of time. NOW - as for the rest of you who got the “ELEVATION REQUIRED” message, this is what you do = go to start / accessories / CMD Prompt. Then right-click on CMD Prompt and select “Run As Administrator”. That should do the trick (why on earth didn’t the retards at microsoft just include THAT in the error message???)
