    No, Masking is not …
    No, Masking is not a feature exclusively available to Fireworks, you can utilize masking in Illustrator, Flash, Photoshop, among other Adobe applications.

    Ok I am having some …
    Ok I am having some issues. I have a basic button that has a gradient. I am trying to erase or “transparent” a corner of the button so i can make it an end button. But I can’t erase it. And I can’t blend the colors manually as well as the gradient. How do I erase parts of the gradient shape so I can have corner buttons?
