Adobe Flash Tutorial — Basic animation.

PLEASE VOTE FIVE, IF YOU LIKED IT.

I’m looking for more ideas for tutorials.. Please leave recommendations in the comments!

This tutorial quickly goes over onion skinning, layers, embedded animations, motion tweens and finally shape tweens.

This isn’t an in depth tutorial, but hopefully it might make things a bit easier for you.

I apologise if it seems rushed. It was 1:00 AM, and I was in a rush to finish up.Duration : 0:9:18

In this tutorial we’ll look at how to create a basic animated GIF image, and how we can save time with tweening inside Photoshop and Imageready.
Unfortunately, because of youtube’s time constraints, I’ve had to exclude tweening in this particular edit. For the complete high quality version of this video tutorial please visit -

Stick Fight

My first stick animation video. Pretty cool i think.

I made the foundations in Pivot Stick Animator…but I edited it in Adobe ImageReady a whole bunch. Lots of tweaks and graphics added through that. And there were a little use of Photoshop also.

Anyways Enjoy!Duration : 0:0:16

3d Graphics Portfolio (James Littlejohn)

The best work of all the 3D renders and animations I’ve made. All of it composed together into one video. Most of it was done at home in blender but some I did at school in 3ds max. Background music is “Mars Bringer of war” from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Holst-_mars.oggDuration : 0:2:14

How to Create an Animated Bottom/Lower Third

A bottom/lower third is a graphic used to display information on the bottom third of the screen. Watch any news or sports program and you will see one.

Programs used:
Adobe Photoshop CS2
Adobe Premiere Pro 2.0

It can be done in other programs — those are the ones I have and use.

Higher Resolution version can be found here:
